Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unternehmenskultur ist ein aus vielen Blickwinkeln erklärtes und untersuchtes Konzept. In diesem Beitrag wird die Frage beantwortet, aus welchen Perspektiven Unternehmenskultur betrachtet werden kann. Es wird dargestellt, wie die Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Kulturanthropologie und Systemtheorie auf Unternehmenskultur blicken, wie sie dieses Konzept definieren und welche Schwerpunkte in der Betrachtung gewählt werden. Des Weiteren wird gezeigt, welche Modelle und Erklärungsansätze es in diesen Disziplinen gibt. Neben typischen Fragen, die jede Richtung in Zusammenhang mit Unternehmenskultur stellt, wird außerdem beleuchtet, welche Möglichkeiten der Veränderung von Unternehmenskultur bestehen. Zum Abschluss werden die dargestellten Blickwinkel zu einem umfassenden und vielschichtigen Gesamtbild von Unternehmenskultur zusammengeführt. Es wird erkennbar, dass jede Perspektive eigene Beiträge zu einem differenzierten Bild von Unternehmenskultur liefert und es einen Mehrwert bringt, dieses umfassende Bild zu kennen und es auch in der Praxis als Grundlage zur Verfügung zu haben.
