Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel dient im Schwerpunkt der Beantwortung der rechtlichen Fragen der Kommunikation mittels Bildern im Internet. Dabei geht es um die Berechtigungen zum Einstellen, zum Teilen, zur Verlinkung und zur Download-Vorhaltung von Fotografien, Videos und Grafiken. Bei diesen Vorgängen sind insbesondere das Urheberrecht und bei Personenabbildungen die DSGVO und das „Recht am Bild“ zu beachten. Sie erfahren, welche neuen urheberrechtlichen Berechtigungen für Sie beim Einstellen von Medien in kommerzielle Netzwerke bestehen, für welche Inhalte Sie welchen Lizenzumfang benötigen und welche Pflichten Sie bei der Verbreitung von Bildern über Websites und Blogs einhalten sollten. Weiter können Sie sich mit diesem Kapitel ausführlicher über datenschutzrechtliche Aspekte beim Teilen von Personenfotos in sozialen Netzwerken informieren.
