Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es um die Bildinhalte. Also, um das, was das Foto, die Grafik oder das Video zeigt. Fotomotive können nicht beliebig publiziert werden. In der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und im Marketing ist stets auf den Veröffentlichungszusammenhang eines Bildes achten. Sie erfahren, unter welchen Voraussetzungen Sie berechtigt sind, bestimmte Bildinhalte veröffentlichen zu dürfen. Dieses Kapitel zeigt Ihnen, wie Sie Ihre Berechtigungen zur Veröffentlichung von Personenfotos, von fremden Bauwerken und fremden beweglichen Sachen auf Privatgrundstücken und Grundstücken der öffentlichen Hand, von urheberrechtlich geschützten Bauten und beweglichen Sachen, und von Designs und Marken prüfen können.
