Zusammenfassung Die Implementierungswissenschaft ist ein interdisziplinäres Fachgebiet, das sich auf die Untersuchung von Methoden zur Förderung der Übernahme und Integration evidenzbasierter Praktiken, Interventionen und Strategien in die Routineversorgung und das öffentliche Gesundheitswesen konzentriert, um die Gesundheitsergebnisse der Bevölkerung zu verbessern.
