Abstract

Zusammenfassung Welche Faktoren treiben den Wandel und wie reflektieren sich Veränderungen in Trends? Es ist von entscheidender Bedeutung, die Geschwindigkeit und das Ausmaß von Trends mit disruptivem Potenzial zu erfassen und den strategischen Wandel proaktiv anzugehen. Veränderungen kommen von Markttrends, Technologietrends und unplanbaren Ereignissen. Letztere können Menschen kaum prognostizieren und nur verarbeiten, wenn Achtsamkeit, Agilität und Resilienz vorliegen. Demografische Trends, die Entwicklung des Vermögens, neue Wachstumsmärkte und geopolitische Spannungen sind bekannt und Unternehmen können darauf basierend ihre Geschäftsstrategien anpassen. Technologische Trends sind vielschichtig und da aktuell generative Künstliche Intelligenz, Blockchain, Daten (irgendwo) in der Cloud und komplizierte Quantencomputer kombiniert werden, können uns diese Entwicklungen überfordern. Technologien können disruptiv wirken und neue Geschäftsmodelle hervorrufen, die Altes und Bewährtes ablösen. In Zukunft werden verschiedene Technologien die immer anspruchsvolleren Benutzer mit digitalen Kundenerlebnissen bedienen, ohne dass die Schnittstellen wahrgenommen werden. Reale und virtuelle Welten werden verschmelzen, was zu Ambiguität und Unvorhersehbarkeit führt. Unternehmen müssen die Wechselwirkungen von Trends und die Dynamik des Wandels besser verstehen, um die eigene Zukunft proaktiv gestalten zu können.
