Abstract

Zusammenfassung Docutainment Filme als immersive Erlebniswelten sind Premium Produkte der Extended Reality Produktionen. Wie verbindet man auf innovative Weise Storytelling, Unterhaltung und Wissensvermittlung in den Immersiven Medien zur Begeisterung des Publikums? Maria Courtial ist Mitgründerin, Geschäftsführerin und Produzentin bei Faber Courtial – studio for digital worlds, gegründet nach ihrem abgeschlossenen Industriedesign-Studium im Jahr 1998. Faber Courtial ist eines der weltweit erfolgreichsten VR-Filmstudios und gehört zu den führenden VFX- Unternehmen in Deutschland. Seit 1998 begeistern die hochkarätigen Animationen, Filme und Dokumentationen des Studios die Zuschauer in TV – Produktionen und Museen. Seit 2014 zeichnet sie sich als Produzentin und Co-Direktor preisgekrönter immersive Filme und Experiences verantwortlich, welche die Welt des Entertainment neu definieren und Einblicke geben in die Welt der Vulkane, Gladiatoren im Kolosseum, Follow Me – Rom und Into Space -1st Step & 2nd Step. Im Bestreben, perfekte und detaillierte Erlebnisse in Echtzeit zu erschaffen, werden innovative Techniken genutzt und entwickelt. GENESIS, die neueste immersive Produktion, hatte seine internationale Premiere 2021 in Venedig, 2022 auf der SXSW die Nordamerikanische Premiere. Mit dem entwickelten Tool Phalanx können nun aufwendige Welten auch interaktiv auf mobilen Headsets betreten werden.
