Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um nun die Techniken, die wir bis hierhin besprochen haben, professionell und überzeugend anwenden zu können, ist ein gekonnter Stimm- und Sprecheinsatz von entscheidender Bedeutung. Wie könnten wir überzeugend erscheinen, wenn wir selber ängstlich, sarkastisch oder unaufrichtig sind. Um Sicherheit und Vertrauen zu generieren, und darum geht es ja bekanntlich in kommunikativen Situationen, sollten wir auch stimmlich Sicherheit und Vertrauen herstellen können. Und das gelingt mit unserer Bruststimme. Die Bruststimme ist die Stimme der Überzeugung. Sie steht für Angstlosigkeit, also Selbstvertrauen, und Führungsqualität, da sie entschlossen und kraftvoll klingt. Hohe Stimmen und schnelles Sprechen stehen für Angespanntheit bis Angst. Drosseln Sie also Ihre Stimme. Sowohl hinsichtlich Schnelligkeit als auch hinsichtlich Höhe.
