Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kommen wir, bevor wir uns den Gesprächstechniken widmen, noch auf einige weitere höchst charismatische Gesten zu sprechen. Diese gelten nahezu universell als sehr positiv und angenehm. Möchten Sie also charismatisch gelten, wenden Sie diese Mittel an. Möchten Sie im Gegenteil den Bad Cop spielen, unterlassen Sie diese Gesten besser.
