Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn wir uns mit nonverbalen und verbalen Signalen beschäftigen, wollen wir natürlich gerne erkennen können, ob uns jemand täuschen möchte, sei es durch Ablenkung, Weglassen von Informationen oder gar anhand einer Lüge. Obwohl es nicht die eine Geste, die eine Mimik, das eine Sprechverhalten gibt, was auf Täuschung hinweist, gibt es doch sehr wohl einige Cluster, einige Tells, die dennoch darauf hindeuten. Im Folgenden werde ich einige dieser verdächtigen verbalen Verhaltensweisen beschreiben. Wenn diese noch mit einigen nonverbalen Signalen zusammenfallen, die für einen erhöhten Stresslevel stehen, Sie also ein Cluster haben, dann sollten Sie vorsichtig handeln. Denken Sie auch hier immer daran, zuerst die Base Line und die Umstände, also den Kontext, zu überprüfen.
