Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Generation-Z ist durch Corona stark gebeutelt und durch Krieg, Klimawandel, Nachhaltigkeit und der Sinnhaftigkeit für das eigene Leben verunsichert, gleichzeitig aber auf der Suche. Hochschulen können und müssen Antworten geben, die Studierende der Zukunft heute haben. Das ist möglich, wenn man die Bedürfnisse, Anforderungen, Fragen und Ängste der Zielgruppe kennt, wer weiß, wo sich die Zielgruppe bewegt und wie man diese bestmöglich erreicht. Neben der Zielgruppe der Hochschulen wird in diesem Kapitel auch die der berufsbegleitenden Weiterbildung beleuchtet.
