Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Buch haben wir die Erkenntnisse aus dem Projekt «Frauen in VR und GL mittelgroßer Unternehmen – Eine nachhaltige Förderung» mit seinen praktischen Aktivitäten und verbundenen Studien rund um die Themen Besetzung von VR- und CEO-Positionen, Bedeutung von Diversity und Weiterentwicklung von Netzwerken vorgestellt. Ausgehend von Einschätzungen der Player und Unternehmensvertreter, den Erfahrungen aufseiten der Frauen sowie bestehenden Tendenzen stellen wir in diesem Kapitel unsere Erwartungen im Hinblick auf die Weiterentwicklung des Themas und unsere Überlegungen zu Aktivitäten einer möglichen Einflussnahme dar. Entsprechend zieht das Kapitel ein Fazit mit Blick auf die Angebots- und Nachfrageseite in der Besetzung von VR- und GL-Mandaten, begründet die in Kap. 6 dargestellten Maßnahmen und formuliert darüber hinaus gehende Empfehlungen zur weiteren Förderung von (Geschlechter-)Diversität in Verwaltungsräten und Geschäftsleitungen mittelgroßer Unternehmen.
