Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vor allem zwei – mehr als 70 Jahre alte – Forschungsergebnisse können für Führungskräfte heute noch von besonderer Bedeutung sein. 1947, kurz vor seinem Tod, initiierte Kurt Lewin (1890–1947) die Gründung der National Training Laboratories for Group Development (NTL) in Bethel, Maine, USA: Zum einen förderte ein moderierter Gruppendialog unter Teilnehmern von Trainingsgruppen „eine aufgeschlossene Wertschätzung und Einbeziehung von Unterschieden“, hervorgerufen nicht etwa durch theoretische Darstellungen, sondern durch Erfahrungslernen, mit einem hohen Potential für Verhaltensänderungen (vgl. a. d.
