Abstract

Zusammenfassung Yeah: Kurz nachdem du deine Bewerbung abgeschickt hast, liegt die Einladung zum Vorstellungsgespräch in deinem Posteingang. Die Firma ist interessiert an dir. Sie braucht Praktikanten wie dich, denn Praktikanten sind über kurz oder lang potenzielle Festanstellungskandidaten, die wiederum das Unternehmen in die Zukunft führen. Dich würde das Unternehmen gerne „ausprobieren“ und schulen – nicht aus reiner Menschenfreude, sondern um zu sehen, wie du hineinpasst und ob du ordentlich arbeitest. Freu dich, sei selbstbewusst. Du hast gute Karten, denn du hast Unterlagen geliefert, die interessant sind. Du hast die perfekte Bewerbungsstrategie verfolgt – allerdings nur fürs Erste, denn deine schriftliche Bewerbung war erst das Vorspiel. Dein großer Auftritt, das Vorstellungsgespräch, steht dir noch bevor. Für dieses solltest du dich warm anziehen: Jetzt konkurrierst du nicht mehr mit einer Masse von Bewerbenden, jetzt konkurrierst du mit den Favoriten für die Stelle. Übrigens: Viele Vorstellungsgespräche werden inzwischen auch digital geführt – bei der Deutschen Bahn etwa schon standardmäßig.
