Abstract

Zusammenfassung „Auf der untersten Sprosse der Erfolgsleiter ist die Unfallgefahr am geringsten“, lautet ein Aphorismus. Und in der Tat ist es unwahrscheinlich, dass durch einen Praktikanten ganze Projekte aus dem Tritt geraten oder Unternehmen in den Ruin getrieben werden. Das Einzige, was sich ein Praktikant wirklich verbauen kann, ist die eigene Zukunft in dem Unternehmen, in dem er gerade ist. Vermeiden kannst du das, wenn du drei Dinge beachtest:In Bezug auf die beiden letzten Punkte gibt es natürlich keine Regeln, die ausschließlich für Praktikanten bestimmt sind, im Gegenteil: Für sie gilt „der gleiche Verhaltenskodex“ wie für jeden anderen Mitarbeiter auch. Trotzdem kann es bei Praktikanten gleich eine weitreichendere Konsequenz haben, wenn sie einen Fauxpas im zwischenmenschlichen Bereich begehen: Einen Festangestellten, der nie grüßt und grundsätzlich vor elf Uhr nicht spricht, kann man deswegen nicht entlassen – ein Praktikant, der sich so verhält, wird es in diesem Unternehmen gar nicht erst zum Festangestellten bringen. Es lohnt sich also, einige elementare Regeln im täglichen Miteinander zu beachten.
