Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auf dem Weg zu einem qualitativ hochwertigen Marketing geht heute nichts mehr an modernden Technologien vorbei. Doch bei all dem Fortschritt lohnt es sich, schon bei der Entwicklung eines Marketings die rechtlichen Grundlagen und die relevanten Entwicklungen in der Gesetzgebung und Rechtsprechung im Blick zu haben. Die Autorin untersucht anhand ausgewählter Beispiele den rechtlichen Einfluss auf bestimmte Marketingmethoden und gibt eine erste Gebrauchsanweisung für rechtssicheres Marketing.
