Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dr. Roman Wecker ist Partner im Frankfurter Büro von Heidrick & Struggles und Mitglied der Bereiche Industrial, Sustainability, Supply Chain & Operations Officers und Marketing, Sales & Strategy Officers. Er ist Co-Lead des Industrial Tech Sektors in EMEA und leitet den Industrial Goods & Technology Sektor in Europa. Außerdem leitet er die Nachhaltigkeitsarbeit des Unternehmens in DACH. In diesem Interview erläutert er die Auswirkungen des technologischen Wandels der Marketingabteilungen auf die Suche und Auswahl von Führungspositionen im Marketing.
