Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Rahmen der Erstellung dieses Buches wurden Interviews mit RPA-Verantwortlichen aus verschiedenen Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen geführt. Hierunter finden sich Banken, Sparkassen, Servicedienstleister für Banken und Sparkassen sowie Wertpapierhäuser. Die Zielsetzung der Interviews war zweigeteilt. Zum einen sollten diese der Bestätigung oder Widerlegung getroffener Annahmen oder bislang in der Literatur vertretener Positionen dienen. Zum anderen sollten hiermit neue Ideen und Ansätze im Themenfeld RPA erschlossen werden. Wie bereits eingangs erläutert, verfolgen die durchgeführten Interviews in Inhalt, Struktur und Methodologie keine expliziten wissenschaftlichen Zielsetzungen. Im Folgenden sind die Fragen aufgeführt, die die Experten im Rahmen der strukturierten Interviews beantwortet haben. Sofern es sich um geschlossene Fragen handelt, wurde im Anschluss eine Begründung erfragt. In einigen Fällen, in denen beispielsweise nicht alle Fragen gestellt werden konnten oder sinnvoll waren, wurden nur einzelne Fragen aus dem aufgeführten Katalog gestellt und beantwortet.
