Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Pandemie hat eine Geschwindigkeit des Wandels ermöglicht, die seit Jahrzehnten undenkbar war. Ein wahrer Paradigmenwechsel in Bezug auf die Gestaltung und Organisation von Arbeit und die Nutzung von Raum wurde in Gang gesetzt. Eine eher schleichende Transformation durch die Digitalisierung wurde durch eine weit verbreitete Disruption überholt. Die Art und Weise, wie wir arbeiten, führen und physische Orte nutzen, um gestützt durch Technologie zusammenzuarbeiten, hat sich für immer verändert. Daraus erwachsen Möglichkeiten und Chancen für die Entwicklung von Unternehmen und Organisationen, unsere gebaute Umwelt in den Städten und auch das Stadt-Land-Gefüge. Gleichzeitig dürfen die Herausforderungen insbesondere für das soziale Gefüge von Organisationen nicht unterschätzt werden. Unternehmen brauchen hier einen gesamtheitlichen Blick, um für die Mitarbeitenden ein geeignetes Ökosystem an möglichen Arbeitsorten zu kuratieren.
