Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie können sich Arbeitgeber zukünftig aufstellen, sodass sie im Kampf um Bewerber und im Erhalt ihrer eigenen Talente einen entscheidenden Vorteil gegenüber den Konkurrenten haben? Wertschätzung ist hierfür eine entscheidende Komponente, ist diese dann noch unmittelbar mit der Partizipation der Arbeitnehmer am Unternehmenserfolg verbunden, kann das dazu beitragen, im Konkurrenzkampf einen entscheidenden Vorteil zu erlangen. Welche Risiken und Stolpersteine bei der Ausgestaltung eines virtuellen Mitarbeiterbeteiligungsprogramms (VSOP – Virtual Stock Option Plan) von Arbeitgebern zu beachten sind, werden nachfolgend beschrieben.
