Abstract

Zusammenfassung Shared Leadership stellt eine der modernsten Führungsprinzipien dar. Nach dem ‚Primus inter Pares‘ Prinzip, das der Führungskultur skandinavischer Länder nahesteht, gibt es einen agilen und demokratischen Ansatz, der durch hohe Professionalität und Diversifikation des Teams getragen wird. Beim Shared Leadership-Ansatz wird die Verantwortung und Aufgabenverteilung nicht in einer Person vereint, sondern wird vielmehr vom gesamten Team getragen. Das führt neben höherer Flexibilität zu einem höheren Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Neben einer besseren Projektumsetzung führt es zur Leistungssteigerung und zur besseren Identifikation und trägt so zum internen Employer Branding bei. Nur in definierten Situationen übernimmt die Führungskraft die Gesamtverantwortung im Team. Shared Leadership findet wenig Erfolg bei stark hierarchisch ausgeprägten Kulturen.
