Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Diskussion über künftige Entwicklungen im Online-Lebensmittelhandel in Deutschland hält an. Nach wie vor betreten neue Anbieter den Markt; gleichzeitig herrscht vielerorts Unsicherheit angesichts der derzeitigen multiplen Krisen. Auch für Branchenexperten bleibt die Zukunft schwer vorherzusagen und wird kontrovers gesehen. Die in diesem Kapitel dargestellte qualitative Studie möchte Bestand aufnehmen und die Debatte vertiefen. Sie bietet eine Momentaufnahme zum Online-Lebensmittelhandel in Deutschland zu Beginn des Jahres 2023.
