Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie können sich Unternehmen fit für die Arbeitswelt von morgen machen? Ein wichtiger Punkt, um die Abzweigung nach New Work nicht zu verpassen, ist die Unternehmenskultur. Wenn die Mitarbeiter wissen, warum und wofür sie das tun, was sie tun, sind sie glücklicher, engagierter und loyaler – und das Unternehmen insgesamt erfolgreicher. Deshalb braucht eine Unternehmenskultur ein klares „Warum“. Wie das geht und weshalb dieses „Warum“ zu deinen eigenen Wertevorstellungen passen sollte, erfährst du in diesem Kapitel. Praktische Tipps zu Kulturwandel und zur persönlichen Zielerreichung gibt’s noch obendrauf.
