Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sprichst du manchmal auch durch die Blume und hoffst, dass dein Gegenüber versteht, was du willst? Wenn ja: Wie oft gelingt das? Vermutlich eher selten. In diesem Kapitel geht es um Kommunikation mit anderen: Wie können wir sicherstellen, dass uns unser Gesprächspartner wirklich versteht? Was macht Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe aus? Wie gelingen Mitarbeitergespräche und Meetings? Vorbild Vierbeiner zeigt, wie es geht! Kommunikation beginnt im Kopf. Deshalb geht es in diesem Kapitel auch um unsere Gedanken und Emotionen – darum, wie wir (unbewusste) Vorurteile loswerden, was guten Umgang miteinander ausmacht, welche Rolle Emotionen im Arbeitsalltag spielen und wie wir erkennen, was unser Gesprächspartner fühlt.
