Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es um die großen Fragen erfolgreicher Führung und den Weg von der Führungskraft (Dompteur) zur Führungspersönlichkeit (Animateur). Du erfährst unter anderem, wie du den Seitenwechsel vom Kollegen zum Vorgesetzten meisterst, was den Führungsstil der Zukunft ausmacht, wie du mit möglichst langer (oder noch besser: ohne) Leine führst und wie Führung auf Distanz gelingt, wenn die Mitarbeiter im Homeoffice arbeiten. Daneben gibt es zahlreiche weitere Hintergrundinfos und Reflexionsfragen rund um das Thema Leadership.
