Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Artikel wird das Feld der spielerischen Lösungen im Bereich der Personalauswahl differenziert betrachtet, strukturiert und mit Beispielen veranschaulicht. Dabei wird erläutert, was unter Gamification und Recrutainment zu verstehen ist und welche Ziele mit der Gamification von Online-Assessments verfolgt werden. Die Vielfalt an Gamification in Online-Assessments und die teils widersprüchlichen empirischen Befunde werden dargestellt, diskutiert und in einer Ordnungsstruktur in zwei Verfahrensbereiche und vier Klassen einsortiert. Dabei wird aufgezeigt, dass im Wesentlichen zwischen den folgenden vier Verfahrensklassen unterschieden werden kann: Serious-Gamified-Assessments, Surreal-Gamified-Assessments, Psychometric-Games und Video-Games. Ausgewählte Anwendungsbeispiele und empirische Ergebnisse zu den genannten Verfahrensklassen werden beschrieben. Es wird aufgezeigt, welche Erkenntnisse daraus für die weitere Forschung und für die praktische Personalarbeit abzuleiten sind.
