Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie weit greift AI (Artificial Intelligence) in unser Leben, Führen und Organisieren ein und wozu werden wir aufgerufen? Im Beitrag wird deutlich, dass wir uns mit unseren eigenen AI-Errungenschaften radikal differenzieren und gleichzeitig durch die damit einhergehende Verschmelzung mechanischer, biologischer, psychischer und sozialer Operationsmodi bekannte Grenzen erodieren. Bevorstehende Disruptionen und Ungewissheit fragen nach erhöhter Verarbeitungskapazität, die mit einem Bewusstsein der Machtverhältnisse einhergeht. Als Handlungsprinzip wird eine Kultur der Dynamisierung von Urgency und Desire skizziert mit dem Fokus, unterschiedliche „Intelligenzen“ und Machtverhältnisse zu integrieren. Einem prozessorientierten Organisationsverständnis kommt dabei besondere Bedeutung zu, weil es auch darum geht, bewusste Lernkulturen als stabile Gewohnheiten zu etablieren, um Disruptionen fruchtbringend zu nutzen sowie Wirkungen zu interpretieren.
