Machtverschiebung durch generative künstliche Intelligenz – und die Konsequenzen für das Transformationsmanagement

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Angesichts des beschleunigten technologischen Fortschritts bei künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) verändern sich die Mensch-Algorithmus-Austauschbeziehungen grundlegend. KI-Anwendungen, die autonom einen Output generieren, haben in jüngster Zeit einen Umbruch in der Diskussion der Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion ausgelöst. Machtverschiebungen vom Menschen hin zu KI-Anwendungen, bisher häufig tabuisiert, werden nun intensiv diskutiert. Der Beitrag zeichnet diese Machtverschiebungen anhand von Beispielen nach und die Spannungsfelder der Machtverschiebungen werden, auch unter ethischen Gesichtspunkten, diskutiert. Es werden Hinweise gegeben, wie die Machtverschiebungen während digitaler Transformationsprozesse thematisiert werden können. Es zeigt sich, dass generative KI neben den Vorteilen auch zunehmende Risiken birgt, die in den Transformationsprozessen mit bearbeitet werden müssen.
