Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Arbeitsmarkt ist ein Schlüsselmarkt in der Ökonomie, nicht nur, weil dort der wichtigste Produktionsfaktor, nämlich für die menschliche Arbeit, gehandelt wird. Noch viel wichtiger ist seine Funktion als Verbindungsglied zwischen den Faktoren und Kreisläufen von Geld, Arbeit und Produktion. Somit bildet er die Schlüsselstelle zwischen Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft, die Schlüsselstelle zwischen den Menschen und der Ökonomie. Diese sozialökonomische Signifikanz macht den Arbeitsmarkt daher auch zu einer wichtigen „Stellschraube“ und zum wichtigen Forschungsfeld sowohl in der Ökonomie wie auch in der Soziologie. Er ist noch mehr als andere Märkte abhängig vom menschlichen Verhalten und hat gleichzeitig auf die Menschen selbst und auch auf die Ökonomie empfindliche und direkte Auswirkungen.
