Abstract

Zusammenfassung Technologische und rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen (wie die DSGVO und das TTDSG) zwingen Unternehmen, ihr Datensammeln komplett umstellen. Es gilt, neue Grundsätze der Datenverarbeitung von der Zweckbindung über die Datensparsamkeit bis hin zur Vertraulichkeit von Daten zu berücksichtigen. Auch die Browser-Anbieter reagieren und schränken die Arbeit mit Third Party Cookies massiv ein. Das Thema Cookie Consent ist plötzlich auf der Tagesordnung gelandet. Mehr noch: Es ist fast zu einer eigenen Marketing-Disziplin geworden, denn es bildet den Grundstein für die zukünftige erfolgreiche Kundenansprache.
