Abstract

Zusammenfassung Anwälte und Journalisten könnten sich wunderbar verstehen: Beide sind schon von berufs wegen neugierig, stellen die richtigen Fragen und sind darauf angewiesen, ihre Erkenntnisse einem komplett unwissenden Publikum verständlich zu machen: Anwälte ihren Mandanten, Journalisten ihren Lesern. Deshalb ist es erstaunlich, wie viel Reibereien, Enttäuschungen und Frustrationen es noch immer auf beiden Seiten gibt. Höchste Zeit, dass sich das ändert.
