Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Arbeit gibt einen Überblick über die Möglichkeiten, wie Controlling in kleinen und kleinsten Familienunternehmen (KKFU) durchgeführt werden kann. Dies ist vor allem zur Insolvenzvermeidung von entscheidender Bedeutung und wird in der Praxis vielfach unterschätzt. In der Arbeit werden vorerst die Begrifflichkeiten Klein- und Kleinstunternehmen definiert. Danach werden die Dimensionen des Controllings anhand der koordinationsorientierten Controlling-Konzeption vorgestellt und diskutiert. Bei der Einführung eines Controllings in diesen Unternehmensgrößen steht der betriebswirtschaftliche Fokus und damit eine für KKFU vernünftige Kosten-/Nutzenrelation im Mittelpunkt. Sie kann durch Mitarbeit des Steuerberaters erreicht werden.
