Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es darum zu verstehen, wie Verhalten verändert werden kann. Die Theorie besagt, dass Verhaltensänderungsgestaltung bei der Umwelt ansetzen kann, bei der Verhaltensaufgabe, bei den Sendenden-Charakteristiken, bei der Botschaftsgestaltung und bei den sozialen Mechanismen. In diesem Kapitel werden die Hebel für Verhaltensgestaltung entlang der Theorien zu den zentralen und peripheren Verarbeitungswegen, zu den sozialen Beeinflussungsmechanismen und zu den Theorien zur Aufgabengestaltung entwickelt.
