Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel finden Sie eine Übersicht der wesentlichen Meilensteine entsprechend der zeitlichen Abfolge, die in den fünf Phasen (diffuse Phase, Vorbereitungsphase, Informationsphase, Umsetzungsphase, Konsolidierungsphase) im Rahmen einer größeren Restrukturierung wie z. B. eine Betriebsschließung mit umfangreichem Personalabbau anfallen. Dies ist die Zusammenfassung der wesentlichen Aktivitäten, damit Verantwortliche in turbulenten und komplexen Change-Situation eine Hilfestellung bekommen, um besser den Überblick behalten können. Für eine detaillierte Beschreibung sei auf das Kap. 4 verwiesen, dass alle Aktivitäten der Phasen genau erläutert.
