Abstract

Zusammenfassung Welche Weichen gilt es zu stellen, damit Personalabbau und Standortschließung ganzheitlich realisiert werden können, sodass sowohl die Zielsetzungen der Entscheider auf Unternehmensebene als auch die betriebswirtschaftlichen Erfordernisse und die soziale Verantwortung für die Mitarbeitenden in Einklang gebracht werden können? In diesem Kapitel wird anhand einer Fallstudie aus der Praxis dargelegt, welchen Verlauf die Betriebsschließung genommen hat, von den ersten diffusen Anzeichen einer drohenden Entscheidung bis hin zur realisierten Betriebsschließung. Was haben die Beteiligten erlebt und wie wurde mit Change-Instrumenten agiert, damit auch aus Mitarbeitersicht mit dem Jobverlust positiv abgeschlossen werden konnte? Hierzu gibt ein Erfahrungsbericht mit Einblick gebenden Anekdoten konkrete Praxistipps und zeigt die wichtigsten Learnings auf.
