Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was ist aus Sicht der Beteiligten besonders wichtig bei Restrukturierung, Personalabbau und für eine erfolgreiche Betriebsschließung? Wie kann mit Emotionen umgegangen werden und was hat dabei geholfen? Dies wird im nachfolgenden Kapitel anhand der Perspektiven Mitarbeitende, Betriebsrat, Teamleitung und Management, HR-Abteilung & Interne Kommunikation sowie Entscheider & Stakeholder erläutert. Dazu gibt es umfangreiche Darstellungen zu den wichtigsten Aufgaben, den konkreten Herausforderungen in der Praxis und Tipps, wie man damit umgehen kann. Ergänzt wird dies durch Interviews zu den Erfahrungen von Mitarbeitern, Betriebsratsvorsitzenden, Führungskräften, HR-Mitarbeitern und Geschäftsführung, die schwierige Change-Situationen durchlaufen und gemeistert haben. Abschließend wird beschrieben, wie man mit Widerständen umgehen kann und was die Hintergründe dafür sind.
