Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Internet beeinflusst das alltägliche Leben enorm. Auch in Gesundheitsfragen wird es zu Rate gezogen. Neben der Expertise von Ärzten nehmen Suchmaschinen mittlerweile eine große Rolle ein, indem sie Patienten sowohl verunsichern als auch unterstützen können. Welche konkrete Wirkung können Gesundheitsinformationen aus dem Internet auf die Beziehung zum Arzt und das Vertrauen des Patienten haben?
