Abstract

Zusammenfassung Am 27.06.2023 waren Sie im Rahmen des Bauvorhabens Koch AG, Königstraße 6, 12.107 Berlin, damit beauftragt, Abwasserleitungen im Einfahrtbereich zu verlegen. Um 10:30 Uhr beobachtete der Baustellenleiter, Herr Wilhelm Fischer, Sie dabei, wie Sie dort aus einer Glasflasche tranken. Als Herr Fischer Sie unmittelbar zur Rede stellte, sah er in Ihrer Hand eine halbleere Flasche der Marke „Südbrand Krongold“, Volumen 0,7 L, Alkoholgehalt 32 %. Als Herr Fischer Sie auf das Alkoholverbot hinwies, antworteten Sie, dass Sie „nur einen kleinen Schluck“ aus der Flasche genommen hätten und durchaus noch in der Lage seien, Ihre Arbeit unbeeinträchtigt auszuführen.
