Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wir vertiefen hier eine spezifische aber wichtige Strategie im strategischen Management politischer Risiken: Ein geografisch flexibles Unternehmen wird insbesondere in politisch unsicheren Zeiten einen Vorteil gegenüber seinen Wettbewerbern erreichen. Wir zeigen zunächst auf, wie die Flexibilität entlang der Assets des Unternehmens sowie der Unternehmensstruktur systematisch erhöht werden kann. Ziel ist dabei, sowohl den Zeitaufwand als auch die Kosten einer künftigen Verlagerung deutlich zu verringern. Die Auswahl der Ziel-Jurisdiktion sowie der Umgang mit möglichen Abwehrmaßnahmen der heutigen Heimatstaaten runden das Kapitel ab. Wir verweisen dabei durchgängig auf praxisrelevante Ressourcen.
