Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Betrachtung des Risikomanagements als strategische Disziplin hat in den letzten zwei Jahrzehnten deutlich an Bedeutung gewonnen. Wir wenden die dort entwickelten Methoden auf politische Risiken an. Im Kern geht es darum, mögliche strategische Wettbewerbsvorteile entlang der Risiken zu erkennen und zu entwickeln. Außerdem müssen bestandsbedrohende Risiken so früh wie möglich erkannt und bewirtschaftet werden. Wir zeigen auf, an welchen Stellen politische Risiken Eingang in die strategische Führung finden und wie sie der Umgang mit ihnen organisatorisch verankert wird.
