Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der erste Schritt im Management politischer Risiken besteht darin, die für das Unternehmen relevanten Risiken systematisch aufzudecken und ihr Schadenspotenzial zu bewerten. Ein besonderes Augenmerk legen wir auf die szenario basierte Risikobewertung, die dem meist komplexen Charakter politischer Risiken Rechnung trägt. Wir führen drei Praxisbeispiele ein, die veranschaulichen, wie man in konkreten Fällen Transparenz über politische Risiken schafft.
