Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unternehmen errichten immer häufiger spezielle kreativitätsfördernde Arbeitsumgebungen. Diese eigens ausgewiesenen und gestalteten Räume sollen zur Steigerung der Innovationskraft angesichts immer komplexer werdender Aufgabenstellungen beitragen. Jedoch treten die erwarteten Mehrwerte und Leistungssteigerungen häufig nicht ein. Die durchgeführte Analyse zeigt, dass mögliche Erklärungen dafür unzureichende Bedarfsanalysen sowie die fehlende Einbindung aller relevanten Kompetenzträger und potenziellen Nutzer in der Konzeptionsphase sind. Basierend auf einer quantitativen und qualitativen Analyse wurde daraufhin eine Vorgehenssystematik entwickelt, mit der alle relevanten Gestaltungsparameter erhoben, bewertet und in ein schlüssiges Anforderungskonzept übersetzt werden können. Mit der hier vorgestellten Vorgehensweise können Unternehmen für sich selbst oder Planer für ihre Kunden eine maßgeschneiderte kreativitätsfördernde Arbeitsumgebung konzipieren, die einen positiven Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung innovativer Projekte leistet.
