Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Kommunikation in Unternehmen hat in den vergangenen Jahren an Relevanz und auch an Komplexität zugenommen. Planen Unternehmen nun, ihre Interne Kommunikation und damit meist auch den gesamten Bereich neu aufzusetzen, ergeben sich viele Fragen. Allen voran: Soll es ein Newsroom werden und, wenn ja, wie soll er aussehen? Braucht es einen eigenen (virtuellen) Raum? Wie viele Personen sollen dabei sein? Welche Skills gibt und braucht es und wie geht man am besten vor?
