Abstract

Zusammenfassung Jeder, der nicht im rein privaten Raum wie bei der Organisation einer Familienfeier tätig ist, hat bei der Verwendung personenbezogener Daten das Datenschutzrecht zu beachten – auch im Bereich der Nachlassvermögensverwaltung und auch, wenn dies z. B. durch ein Familienmitglied an sich oder als „Vertreter“ einer Erbengemeinschaft erfolgt. Nachlässe an sich werden ebenfalls immer digitaler. Dies belegen insgesamt auch einschlägige Publikationen in Fachzeitschriften, die sich z. B. mit dem digitalen Nachlass oder gar Überlegungen zu einem Video-Testament befassen.
