Abstract

Zusammenfassung Neue Möglichkeiten der unternehmensübergreifenden Nutzung von digitalen Daten veranlassen Unternehmen, ihre bestehenden Geschäftsmodelle zu überdenken und zu hinterfragen – so ergeben sich auch neue Anforderungen an das Personalcontrolling. Welche Rolle Personalcontrolling im Zuge der Digitalisierung spielt, und welche veränderten Aufgaben auf Personalcontrolling zukommen, zeigt dieser Beitrag. Durch Digitalisierung von Prozessen können Zeit und Geld gespart werden, und Personalverantwortliche und die Unternehmensleitung können sich wichtigeren Aufgaben – wie der strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens – zuwenden als Administration. Über neue Analysemöglichkeiten eröffnen sich auch tiefere Datenanalysen und dadurch eine bessere Entscheidungsunterstützung.
