Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im sechzehnten Kapitel werden die digitale Transformation und die digitale Organisation thematisiert. Die digitale Transformation wird mit Hilfe der Digitalen Transformations-Pyramide dargestellt und anhand des Fünf-Komponenten-Modells der digitalen Transformation erläutert. Zudem werden neue Führungskonzepte im Rahmen von Digital Leadership erklärt und Unterschiede zur traditionellen Führung dargestellt. Die Entwicklungsstufen digitaler Organisationen, sowie deren technologische und organisatorische Merkmale werden beleuchtet. Abgeschlossen wird das 16. Kapitel mit der Darstellung der Merkmale von digitalen Teams, deren Entwicklungsstufen und agilen Methoden.
