Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im fünfzehnten Kapitel wird die Digital Business Strategie dargestellt und anhand des Vier-Kräfte-Modells der Digital Business Strategie erläutert. Zudem werden die Determinanten und Ebenen der Konvergenzentwicklung im Digital Business beschrieben. Die Innovationsdynamik des Digital Business wird erklärt und im Kontext der Open Innovation näher thematisiert. Die Komplexität von Markt und Wettbewerb wird im Zusammenhang mit der Digital Business Strategie betrachtet. Aufbauend hierauf wird die Zunahme der Marktmacht der Nachfrager beschrieben und der Abbau von Wechselbarrieren erläutert. Abgeschlossen wird das 15. Kapitel mit der Darstellung der Strategieentwicklung im Digital Business und der Erläuterung der jeweiligen Strategiephasen.
