Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der vorliegende Beitrag untersucht die Stimmungslage bei den Wirtschaftsförderungen in Deutschland während der Coronapandemie im März und im Oktober 2021. In zwei nacheinander geschalteten Befragungen wurden 129 Wirtschaftsförderungen bzw. 100 Wirtschaftsförderungen umfassend zu ihrer Einschätzung der Krisensituation und ihrem Umgang damit befragt. Ein zentrales Ergebnis ist die Erkenntnis, dass sich die Einschätzung der Wichtigkeit der Ziele und Instrumente der Wirtschaftsförderung im Zuge der Corona-Krise zwar in einigen Feldern deutlich verschoben haben, in sehr vielen Bereichen die Krisensituation die Ziele und Instrumente von Wirtschaftsförderungen aber nicht signifikant zu beeinflusst hat. Mit Blick auf die Organisationsstruktur und -entwicklung hat die Corona-Krise die Wirtschaftsförderungen in Deutschland nicht überfordert. Zudem zeigten sich Lerneffekte, die eine Weiterentwicklung der Krisenresistenz der Wirtschaftsförderungen befördert hat.
