Abstract

Zusammenfassung Diese Ausgabe trägt einen neuen Untertitel zur Medienmarke auf dem Cover und bietet weiterentwickelte Heftrubriken, liebe Leserin und lieber Leser. Das dient nicht der Kosmetik, sondern sorgt für mehr Klarheit: Den besonderen Fokus auf relevante Themen zwischen Unternehmertum und Unternehmensführung legt nur „return“. Diesmal widmen wir uns konkreten Beispielen, wie aus guten Ideen innovative Geschäftsmodelle entstehen. Während der Corona-Krise haben sich Arbeits- und Geschäftsmodelle in Unternehmen zum Teil stark verändert. In wie vielen, ist nicht belegt, aber es waren zu wenige. Denn unter Mittelständlern ist die Innovatorenquote auf ein Rekordtief gesunken. Oft war zuletzt zwar vom Digitalisierungsschub zu lesen, aber echte Neuerungen blieben rar.
