Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ergänzend zu Abschn. 4.2 geht es nachfolgend um unternehmerische Geschäftsmodelle, die sich auf individuelle Wettbewerbsstrategien stützen und nicht um die genormten Branchen-Geschäftsmodelle, die gesetzlich, vertragsrechtlich, steuerlich, technisch und gewerblich national und/oder sogar EU-weit wettbewerbsneutral für alle Branchenunternehmen normiert und nur rechtlich veränderbar sind. Die nachfolgenden Ausführungen zeigen auf, welche Möglichkeiten die jeweiligen Unternehmen haben, ihr gesamtes betriebswirtschaftliches Instrumentarium im Wettbewerb um die Kunden und verfügbaren Angebote, beim Einsatz von technischen und personellen Ressourcen sowie bei der Optimierung ihrer internen Prozesse einzusetzen, um damit unternehmerisch erfolgreich zu sein.
