Abstract

Zusammenfassung Arbeitnehmer sind auch nur Menschen. Und alle Menschen waren Kinder. Kinder scheitern täglich. Und dennoch lernen sie in unfassbarem Tempo mit unfassbarer Leidenschaft. Reden, Laufen … riesige Herausforderungen, die unsere Kinder mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit angehen, die ihresgleichen sucht. Was aber passiert mit unseren Kindern, dass sie zu Arbeitnehmern werden, die uns zweifeln lassen, ob wir wirksame Führungskräfte sind? Darum soll es in meinem Kapitel nicht gehen. Sondern darum, dass wir lernen, das innere Kind unserer MitarbeiterInnen anzusprechen und zu aktivieren.
